CFPFSS – Who we are • Canadian Forces Personnel Family Support Services (CFPFSS) = Morale & Welfare (MW) • Responsible for: • administering Non-Public Property on behalf of the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) • Delivering selected public morale and welfare programs, services, and activities to eligible members and their families on behalf of the Chief of Military Personnel (CMP) • 5000+ employees on bases/wings/units and HQ in Ottawa ensure that the Defence team receives the MW services they deserve.

MW Service Eligibility Categories Serving RCMP Existing Category: A-PS-110/0001 lists current members of RCMP and their families as CANEX Authorized Patrons Future Category: Extended Security & Defence Team/Families (refers to uniformed and civilian police officers within the RCMP (and families) Services available to RCMP members and their families will remain the same.

MW Service Eligibility Categories Former RCMP Existing Category: Currently not listed as eligible patrons Future Category: Pensioners – Former RCMP in receipt of an annuity and their families Once implemented, former RCMP members and their families will have access to selected Morale & Welfare Services.

PSP Recreation Services • Access to: • Fitness and recreation facilities (membership fee) • Recreation programs and activities (registration fee) • Community recreation equipment rental • Contests (DND Photography Contest) • Special events Services vary by Base/Wing. Project FORCEFitness for Operational Requirements of CF Employment Sand bag lift std: 3 min 30 s 30 consecutive lifts of a 20 kg sand bag to a height of 91 cm, alternating between left and right sand bags separated by 1.25 m. Loaded shuttles std: 5 min 21 s Complete ten 20 m shuttles alternating between a loaded shuttle with a 20 kg sand bag and unloaded shuttles, for a total of 400 m. 20m rushesstd: 51 s Starting from prone, complete two 20 m shuttles sprints dropping to a prone position every 10m, for a total of 80m. CFOne • The CFOne card will be the one card eligible members need to access CFPFSS Morale and Welfare Services. • Confirms cardholder is part of the Defence Community “One Community, One Million Strong” • Multi-Phased Approach • Phase 1: (2013) access to the CANEX Loyalty Program and CF Appreciation Program • Future Phases: expanded to include access to PSP recreation services; administration of Mess fees, access to clubs and activities, as well as other MW services. • Note: Former RCMP will only be eligible for the CANEX Loyalty Program. A $5 fee will apply.
