  2. Research The BBD (business development division) will help me in overlooking my plan and making sure that there’s enough money for me to start up my plan. The DCD (city of Cincinnati department of community development) will tell me where I can build buildings and see how many construction workers , business development divisors , and marketers are needed. On September 28th Cincinnati received a Excellence in Economic Development Award for their LEED-CRA tax abatement program.

  3. My Plan I plan to improve tax abatement. Instead of building a building and pay 3% less taxes but let it increase the beginning of each year for 10 years only for buildings above 291,750, I think we should give incentives for business owners who take action in building a building more than twice in 20 years where they pay no taxes at all for the first two years and then pay 5% less taxes and for buildings above 100,000 instead of 291,750. My target group is business owners who plan to do this more than twice in twenty years. My clients will include 5-10 business owners . My plan is trying to accomplish the debt in Cincinnati, Ohio and renovate more. Resources for this plan will include; land, construction workers, home builders, business development divisors and marketers. The funding will come from the business owners paying for a building to be made.

  4. Collaboration Some collaboration that I got was from a man named William Best and what he told me was that “he recognizes the city of Cincinnati for providing successful strategies to promote new paradigms in economic development in this period of global recovery”.

  5. Counter-Arguments One counter-argument I encountered was a man named Doreen Suetkis said “non abated homes and businessesincrease in value due to the improved demand for property”
