  5. During World War I Walt at age 16 went to France to work for the Red Cross.

  6. Walt teamed up with Ub Iwerks.

  7. 1927 Mickey Mouse wasn’t the first Character Walt Created. 1930’s

  8. Walt Married and had two daughters

  9. Walt Created the first full-length animated musical feature.

  10. Walt created the idea of a “theme” park. Walt Disney World Disneyland

  11. Walt produced many movies in his lifetime.

  12. Walt received 950 honors and awards in his lifetime.

  13. Walt died in 1966.

  14. "I only hope that we don't lose sight of one thing - that it was all started by a mouse.”
