Willbeofferedwork, work trial, study, workshop or labour marketrehabilationplacewithinthreemonths of registration as an unemployedjobseeker. A pupilcompletingbasiceducation is guaranteed a place in uppersecondaryschool, VET, apprenticeshiptrainingoryouth workshop Person underage of 30 years with no degreeorqualification is offeredopportunity to completevocationalqualification.

NUORTEN TUKI-project (EFS-funded) Counselling and Guidance Center (CGC) • Individualcounsellingdiscussions • eCouncellingoffice via internet • Summer Councelling Office • Confidentialcouncelling, strenghtening the life situation and social network, professionalaimsetting, supportedtransfers to education (transitions) • 493 longtermcouncelling • 323 shorttermcounselling (under 7 hours) • In the end of counselling 48 % of clientstransfered to furtherstudies • Most of the youngaged 17-22 • Open College • Study of compulsorysubjects and modules of vocationalstudies • Familiarize with sectors of vocationaleducation and on-the-job-training. • Implementation as labour politicaleducation • Permanentco-operationbetween Open College and CGC helps to makerealisticplans for the future (PSP) • Non-stop studentintake • Open College number of students 298, includingpreparatorystudies for VET 220 and vocationaltraining 78 students

  6. StartUp Workshop (ESF-project) Offersstratup –training to 60 youngpersons a year. Developing a model for the supportingyoungsters with the need of specialsupport For unemployedyoungsters in age of 16-28 years with no income. Startup –training: individualcoaching, groupbasedcoaching Sendingorganisations TE Office, adult social work, mentalhealthservices etc.
