  19. (1/2) God of fierce compassion, You call us to make our ways straight, yet we get lost down crooked roads of selfish concern. We are to prepare the way for Your reign of justice, but we choose easier paths of comfort. Have mercy on us

  20. (2/2) Forgive us and set us back to work, clearing paths of justice, building highways of peace, and preparing the world for Your return. We pray this in the name of our coming Lord, Amen
