High Level Goals • Long term goals • Strengthen “K12 – Science” collaboration • Elaborate measures for support of educators involved in ISEF-related activities • Increase visibility and popularize STEM and Intel ISEF program • Short term goals • Increase number of 3-4 scientific and research centers • Start 2-3 new fairs in 2 years • Increase number of ISEF feeder fairs’ participants for 50% • Develop program of training courses for educators and ISEF finalists for 1-2 years • Develop PR plan for 1-2 years • Establish ISEF community (web) and enhance ISEF alumni collaboration (EduGalaxy)

Objectives • Student participation in affiliated increases 50% over a 2-3 year period • Improve K-12 research on the basis of new educational standards • Mentors increases 60% during the 2010-2014 school year • 2-3 new Science Fairs started • Increase number of regions taking part in Intel ISEF program • 15K teachers trained in Project Based Learning
