First page: adjective:a word that modifies or describes a noun or a pronoun predicate adjective: an adjective that follows a linking verb & modifies the subject of the sentence Page 2:comparative adjective: an adjective that compares 2 things, 2 groups, or 2 people.Examples:better, taller, more, worse, less, larger, newer Page 3:superlative adjective: an adjective that compares more than 2 things, groups, or people.Examples:best, tallest, worst, biggest, craziest

  3. Page 4: Proper adjective: formed from a proper noun & always capitalized. Examples: Chinese, Mexican, Spanish, Asian, Russian Page 5:Demonstrative adjective: describes nouns by answering which one? or which ones? Examples: this, that, these, those Indefinite articles: a, an Definite article: the Page 6:adverb: a word that modifies or describes a verb, an adjective, or another adverb Intensifier: an adverb that emphasizes an adjective or adverb. Examples: almost, extremely, just, nearly, quite, so, very, really, too, rather, somewhat, practically

  4. Page 7: comparative form of adverb: an adverb that compares 2 actions. Examples: earlier, better, worse, more peacefully superlative form of adverb: an adverb that compares more than 2 actions. Examples: best, least efficiently, earliest, worst, most peacefully Page 8:Adj. questions: which one, what kind, how many Adv. questions: how, when , where, to what extent, how much, how long, how often
