  6. FOOD DIARY • Remember to include all vegetables, breads, meats, dairy and others eaten at each meal and those eaten between meals. • Collect information about what you eat over a five-day period.

  7. What are your Attitudes and Behaviours towards healthy eating? Jake always loved Monday afternoons after school. His favourite snacks were pizza with extra salami and cheese. His mum would leave Jake a healthy salad to eat, but Jake refuses to eat this, what would you suggest that Jake could eat as a healthy snack? WHAT DO YOU THINK?
