Online Service Desk & Ticketing The online service desk/ticketing system and other related resources can be found here: http://www.samuelmerritt.edu/servicedesk Once you submit a service ticket you will receive a confirmation email with your incident/support case number. You will also receive regular email updates when the status of your work order changes.
