  1. 实验八 改良monica质控图的绘制 实验目的:1、掌握室间质评的意义2、掌握改良monica质控图的绘制及结果判定

  2. 实验操作: 1、对同一份血清测定白蛋白(ALB)20次 空白 标准 测定 蒸馏水 10μl 标准液 10μl 血清 10μl 试剂 3ml 3ml 3ml 2、分别以T±0.8CCV×T或T±1.5CCV×T作为最大警告值和最大允许值,画出最大警告值和最大允许值。 T为20个测定值的均值 CCV为可允许的变异系数,推荐数值为7.5

  3. T + 1.5CCVT T+0.8CCVT 3、画出每个测定值所对应的图点,每个图点在图上的横坐标为其日期,纵坐标为测定值,连接每日所测两点,取连线中点,用红点标出。 4、连接所标红点 T T-0.8CCVT T - 1.5CCVT 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 日期

  4. 结果判定: 通过每个连线中点与T值的接近程度,可以评估数据的精密度,并以此估计实间质评的得分情况。 例如,所有连线的中点均在±1SD以内,则可获得优良的质评成绩;±2SD以内,为及格;超过±3SD为不及格。
