Effectiveness Statement

This module focuses on reviewing and understanding the Alabama Quality Teaching Standards, specifically Standards 1-4. Participants will identify observable teacher and student actions for each indicator, discuss their findings in groups, and explore similarities across the standards. Additionally, participants will construct statements that express their thoughts on the characteristics of effective teachers.
