NEXT STEP Vision It is our vision that we can build a successful sound program and team, based on the foundations of hard work, dedication, progression and a keen understanding of the value of teamwork, practice and sound principles. We envision the development of players with the intention that they will compete and play at the highest standard available, the international level. Our program will not only be a success on the court but will instill principles that apply to all walks of life. We will give the players guidance and mentors for them to follow, imitate and duplicate. We will establish a program that will captivate and enhance the feeling of importance of playing for your club and country. Next Step

Principles -The program will be based on understanding effectiveness through hard work, dedication and the pursuit of excellence. -An emphasis on development of player’s talents and skills, with an focus on basketball IQ and intelligence. -The principle of the game never change, we will teach the players to value those principles and to use them effectively -If we teach them the basics, they can play anywhere. - We will challenge players to seek bigger goals than they would imagine and give them the encouragement and tools to achieve and reach for those goals.
