  4. Tourist Development Tax • County levies 6% tourist development tax • Approximately $186 million in annual collections for FY 2013 • Historic growth rate = 9.5% • FY 2013 growth rate = 6.7% (estimate) • State Law governs uses • Not allowed for: roads, schools, public safety, etc.
