  3. 一、探索動機 1.自己動手做出好吃的水餃。 2. 研究新的口味水餃、新吃法。 3.要怎麼調配出好吃的餡料

  4. 二、探索目標 1.如何做出讓人讚不絕口的水餃。 2.研究新的口味水餃、新吃法。 3.要怎麼調配出好吃的餡料。

  5. 三、探索方法 1.到市場買新鮮的餃肉和高麗菜。 2.將高麗菜剁成碎狀，放入鹽巴讓它變軟。 3.將餃肉和高麗菜混在一起，均勻攪拌，適當放入調味料。

  6. 四、探索發現 1.原來包水餃是一件很困難的事。 2.需要運用巧手和適當的餡料將他和皮密合在一起。 3.水餃也可以包出不一樣的煎餃。

  7. 五、探索省思 我覺得包水餃是一件不容易的事，因為你還要到市場購買新鮮的餃肉和蔬菜和水餃的皮，回家後還必須整理、剁碎他，才能將菜與餃肉混在一起，才能開始動手包水餃，最後還要考量陷料的多合少，才能夠包出讓人讚不絕口、回味無窮的水餃。
