  3. What is the climate in JAPAN? • The temperature in warm all year round • During Japan’s wet season, it rains all day.

  4. What food in do people in Japan eat? • They mostly eat rice in Japan • Their favorite food is noodles • Japan farmers grow rice

  5. What do they wear in Japan? • Kimono- a long silk robe that has slash. • Straw hat

  6. What do they celebrate? • New Year- They celebrate the new year with gifts of money. It is like a big birthday party • Gionmatsuri/ they pray to the gods for protection from disease • Bon Festival- they believe ghosts come back to life.
