  4. MARCO DE GESTIÓN INDICADORES DE GESTIÓN ESTABLECIDOS EN EL PEI 2007-2011 ( * ) A nivel nacional existen 195 provincias. Se a descontado las provincias Datem del Marañón (Loreto) y Coronel Portillo (Ucayali), por haber logrado el saneamiento de límites y organización territorial mediante las Leyes N° 28753 y N° 29218, respectivamente. En el 2008, se ha conseguido que seis (06) provincias cuenten con propuestas de Demarcación y Organización Territorial con viabilidad técnica, Una (01) de ellas Cuenta con ley dada por el Congreso.

MARCO DE GESTIÓN PROCEDIMIENTO DE SANEAMIENTO DE LÍMITES Y ORGANIZACIÓN TERRITORIAL A NIVEL PROVINCIAL SANEAMIENTO TÉCNICO - LEGAL SANEAMIENTO POLÍTICO - LEGAL Producto: INFORME TÉCNICO Responsable: DNTDT - PCM Producto: LEY Responsable: CONGRESO Comisión de Descentralización Pleno del Congreso • Falta de capacidades técnicas en los gobiernos regionales. Ausencia de personal especializado. • Injerencias políticas a las propuestas de saneamiento de límites formuladas en el marco técnico. • Falta de Apoyo financiero a las actividades de demarcación y organización territorial. • Déficit Presupuestal para desarrollar las actividades en Demarcación Territorial. • Poco personal (07) en la DNTDT para desarrollar las actividades de asesoramiento y supervisión técnica.
