CUIDADOS DE ENFERMERÍA EN PACIENTES CON NARCOLEPSIA En la narcolepsia, los componentes fisiológicos normales de movimiento ocular rápido (REM), el sueño y pérdida del tono muscular, también se producen mientras el sujeto está despierto, lo que produce episodios de parálisis del músculo esquelético y atonía (cataplejía y la parálisis del sueño).
