  5. Get into three groups • Each group will be assigned a branch of the governmentand a scenario. • Decide as a group how your branch would respond to it. • Be prepared to share with the class!

  7. What could the Legislative Branch do? • President Obama won't sign a bill that could have made it easier for courts to clear foreclosures.
