How to Contribute to the DSBArticles requested from you by our District Governor • Be succinct and clear in your message • Keep to one page if possible --- less is fine • Proofread and edit before sending – have someone else look it over after you have reviewed it at least twice yourself • Use the same font Calibri 12 (word) and docx format • Title can be bold and 14 font • Microsoft Windows or Microsoft Office for Mac • Please honor deadlines to the best of your ability & submit to our Governor and the current DSB editor for final proof • Send to districtelevendsb@gmail.com. There is also a Dropbox account for sharing • Be proud – you did it!

3. Submitting Photos to the DSB • Club photos highlighting your events and projects • Submit in color, but keep in mind they will probably be printed out in black and white for members who do not use email • Obtain a permission waiver from people not in your club – critical for those under 18 – the waiver form is on the District Eleven Website (www.altrusadistricteleven.org) • Send in a pixel format small enough to print out is 3X5 or smaller

4. Distribution of the DSB • Keep your club membership lists current by your “administrator” managing the membership page • Update addresses and emails as soon as you learn about changes • Add and subtract members regularly • Consult District Eleven Treasurers and/Governors for help is needed • The DSB is sent electronically: you need a current Adobe Reader to be able to access, whether your are a Mac or Windows user • Having club presidents or a designated member print out a copy for any member who does not use email will save the District Money
