  6. My KRHA platform • Development: • Work to implement new strategic plan • Create a ‘past presidents panel’ • Participate in roundtable of contiguous states’ rural health association leaders • Membership: • Focus on recruitment/retention • Engage rank-and-file members • Committee participation

  7. My KRHA platform • Outreach: • More activities/events • e.g., grant writing workshop, regional member meetings, AHRQ partnership • Increase our visibility via blogs, op-ed pieces, representation on other organizations’ boards of directors, etc. • e.g., Smoke-free Kentucky leadership team
