  6. Strawman Timing & Calendar • 2010-2011 first 1/2 OBS’s, most TA • 2011- end 2012 full array #1 • 2013- early 2014 full array #2 • (or do some OBS’s advance elsewhere?) • 2014 onward: What happens TA/OBS? 15 mo deployment, 3-6 mo turnaround?? * need to clarify & decide
