  5. Achtergrond  Aanwijzingen voor het nut van > 6 mnd behandeling met Clomid Hammond 1984 Clomiphene induction of ovulation. Obststrics and Gynaecology.

In- en exclusiecriteria M-OVIN 800 WHO klasse II anovulatoire vrouwen met eenzwangerschapswens Inclusiecriteria: - 6 ovulatoire cycli met clomid; (ook een miskraam voor 12 weken telt dus mee als een ovulatoire cyclus) - Prolactine 0,05-0,80 TSH 0,4 -4,0 - doorgankelijke tubae CAT of HSG of DLS + TT - leeftijd 18 jaar of ouder Exclusiecriteria: - onacceptabele bijwerkingen met clomid - Anovulatoir met clomid 150 mg

  7. M-OVIN Methoden Randomisatie na 6 ovulatoire cycli met clomid (n=800) 6 cycli clomid (n=200) 6 cycli clomid + IUI (n=200) 6 cycli gonadotrofines (n=200) 6 cycli gonadotrofines + IUI (n=200)

  8. Uitkomstmaten M-OVIN • Primaire uitkomstmaat: • Zwangerschap resulterend in levend geborene • Secundaire uitkomstmaten: • Klinische zwangerschap • Doorgaande zwangerschap • Miskraam • Meerlingzwangerschap • Behandelduur • Patiëntenvoorkeur • Kosten

  9. Randomisatie Webbased randomisatie via www.studies-obsgyn.nl/m-ovin Indien randomisatie niet lukt mail patient-initialen en geboortedatum naar m-ovin@studies-obsgyn.nl of nienke.weiss@gmail.com

Na randomisatie Behandeling in de gelote arm - Clomid dosering continueren en eventueel ophogen tot 150 mg/dag - Clomid + IUI: dosering continueren, IUI obv LH test of echo (+ eventueel pregnyl) - FSH: lokale protocol. Streven=monofollikel. ovulatie opwekken met pregnyl - FSH + IUI: lokale protocol. Streven=monofollikel. Ovulatie opwekken met pregnyl.

  11. Einde Studie • Na 6 cycli behandeling in gelote arm • Bij doorgaande graviditeit ( = positieve hartactie bij 12 weken) • Anovulatoir na continueren clomid
