What Your Clothes Say About You? • People DO judge a book by its cover. • First impressions are often long lasting. • During an interview your attire plays an important role. • Your someone who takes what they do seriously and your performance seems higher. • If you are well-groomed and dressed you will win the respect of those around you.

Women’s Clothing • Skirt/Pants Suit (Neutral Colors Black, Charcoal, Gray) • Blouse (Crisp, ironed, not revealing, not too flashy) • Dress Suit (Neutral Colors Black, Charcoal, Gray ) • Shoes (Black or Brown leather shoes, no sandals or open-toed) • Panty Hoses (Black) • Jewelry (Pearls, nothing flashy) All clothes that should be tailored for you and aren’t tightly fitted.

Men’s Clothing • Business Suit (Neutral Colors Black, Charcoal, Gray) • Shirt (Ironed, Button-down, cuffs on sleeves ) • Slacks (Ironed, Neutral Colors Black, Charcoal, Gray) • Tie (Conservative, Tied well) • Leather Shoes • Socks (Black Dress socks) • Leather Belt (Belt is the same color as the shoes) Clothes that are tailored for you and aren’t tightly fitted.

Grooming • All hair should be neatly groomed. • Men should have well-groomed facial hair. • Perfume/Cologne should be used sparingly. • Women should watch how much make-up is applied. • Foundation shouldn’t have any obvious lines. Should be applied lightly. • Eye make-up shouldn’t be applied too thick nor have dramatic colors. • Lipstick should be neutral and close to your natural color. Go for the natural look
