Paperless process Increased participation of small business Micro-procurements, allowing small businesses to compete Increased flexibility On-demand auctions Flexible Purchase Order terms and conditions Auctions of varying size, supporting various budget scenarios

Increased system reliability Upgraded technology Implementation of Berger 47 Deficiency Definitions through Decision Trees Improved consistency between inspectors Eliminates interpretation of inspector comments Logical, universally defined progression to determine and document results Decreased processing times When can we expect to see RAPID? Fall 2007 Full implementation in 2008
