Objectives of Case Competition 1.To create a forum that promotes interaction between PepsiCo and high potential future grad hires 2.To create the opportunity for future grad hires to demonstrate the following characteristics:> Effective problem solving> Confidence in presenting > Ability to work in a team > Leadership skills

Event Framework Thursday, November 3rd 5:00pm – 7:00pm Networking Reception • Friday, November 4th 9:00am Debrief of case & team preparation time •  1:30pm Lunch • 2:00pm Case Presentations begin5:00pm Case Presentations conclude. Judges given one hour for deliberation • 6:00pm Winning teams announced • Prize Breakdown: 1st Team - $1,000.00 2nd Team - $750.00 • 3rd Team - $250.00
