  1. How Many Different LED Tubes according to size? Based on the size, LEDs are classified into two different segments. One is depending on the length, second, being dependent on the diameter. According to length, there are three different LED tubes available: 4ft LED Tubes 8ft LED Tubes This particular size of LED tube is appropriate for medium-sized rooms where high light output is needed but the availability of space is limited. This big size of LED tube makes it ideal for installation in large halls and big rooms. Based on the diameter as well there are three different variants which are available. T5, T8 and T12. The letter T stands for the tube and the number is to be divided by 8 to get the diameter size in inch. 2ft LED Tubes Having 2ft length, this tube finds its uses in smaller indoor rooms. In this length, the tubes come in 8-watt and replaces fluorescent tubes of 50-watt capacity. T5 LED Tubes This means that the diameter of the tube is ⅝ that is 0.625 inches T12 LED Tubes The diameter of this type of tube is 1.5 inches T8 LED Tubes This tube’s diameter is 1 inch
