Step 2) Run the Clean Install tool from QuickBooks Tool Hub • Double-select the icon of QuickBooks Tool Hub to open the application. • At the left pane of the window, select the Installation Issues tab. • Click on the Clean Install Tool button and then select the OK button. • Choose the QuickBooks version and product version that you uninstalled. • Select the Continue button. • Once the following message: “Please install your copy of QuickBooks to the default location” pops up on the screen, select the OK button.
