  6. SO…….. • What does this have to do with Leadership? • What is leadership? • What does is it mean to be a leader?

  7. Leadership A leader is anyone who takes a step, makes a move to alter or change the environment they are in. Leading is a choice. It is taking the first step. This sounds so easy. Why don’t we? Why don’t we make this choice? What is stopping us?

  8. Leadership is … …….a conscious process. • Begins with insight about oneself; • follows with clear choices about how one lives one’s life; • Gives us the capability to step out and have influence in those areas of our lives that we care about.
