Financial Support Services • SQA/HQ offers to maintain checking and investment accounts for each chapter – providing bookkeeping services to Chapters • SQA/HQ offers to handle all A/R and A/P, GJE, tax filings – and pay all invoices with Chapter approval • SQA/HQ invoiced for 2007 dues w/SQA, and shall accept credit card payments as requested by Chapters • Chapters may receive meeting registration fees and provide in bulk to HQ for deposit • Chapter funds earn interest consolidated with SQA investments • All HQ $ services provided free of charge to Chapter

  17. Administrative Support Services • Chapter membership e-communications • Chapter membership development mailings to potential members (use of data in SQA database) • Ballot preparation and mailing for members • Contract review • Director and Officer Insurance • General Liability Insurance

Website Services • SQA/HQ to maintain content as directed by Chapter web liaison • SQA/HQ will consider how to improve WS at cost savings • SQA/HQ may recommend improvements for approval by Chapter • Elective enhancements may be charged to Chapters – Chapters may bid out and contract to outside vendor
