My Big Leap: Sec-Gen • Job Description (c/o Ate Haizell) • Good Things and Perks • Knowing a lot from Gabay (people, activities, events) • People’s love, respect and support • More friends inside and outside Gabay • Prestige and popularity (ahem resume too!) • Bad Vibes and Problems • Coming from an ExeCom without a SecGen (problem in transition) • Coming from micromanagement • Working with co-officers who I did not know much • Burn out and near resignation • Epic fails • Technical work • Lack of time to self
