  12. VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT Volunteer Program Management Is a system designed to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for diverse adults in which their needs and interests can be matched to specific Girl Guide/Girl Scout volunteer positions

  13. WHY DO WE NEED A VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IN GGGS? A 1998 study conducted by UPS Foundation found that two out of five volunteers stopped giving time to an organization because they were not managed effectively.
