  4. CREDENTIALS • I have worked as a college instructor since ten years • At present I am an adjunct instructor at Ivy Tech Community College, Michigan City, IN.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY • Gap between the expected computer skill level for the course and the skill level of students with limited technology experience. • It can be resolved by an online basic computer skills tutorial • The target audience for this instruction is motivated to learn and improve their skills.
