  3. RIPS (REGISTRO INDIVIDUAL DE PRESTACIONDESERVICIOS DE SALUD ) QUE ES? Conjunto de datos que identifica una a una las actividades de salud que se les practican a las personas y que hacen parte integral de la factura de venta de servicios de salud. Requeridos por el SGSSS.

  4. OBJETIVOS Vigilancia y control de la calidad en prestación de servicios de salud. Realizar planificación, seguimiento y evaluación de las acciones de Salud. Conocer estado de salud de la población. Automatización del sistema de auditoría médica y administrativa.

EN QUE CONSISTE EL REGISTRO RIPS • Define que tipos de datos componen el registro. • Define un campo para cada dato de cada registro. • Se hace un registro por cada persona atendida. • Se hace un registro por cada atención que se preste al usuario. • Se normaliza el tipo de dato, los valores, las unidades, las longitudes, el orden y la forma de consignación informática.

REGISTRO DE LA INFORMACION PRESTADORES ENTIDAD ASMINISTRADORA Todos los prestadores son responsables ante el SGSSS de construir el conocimiento sobre las características de su población, del perfil de salud, y de los servicios de salud que reciban, en razón de una relación contractual y/o de una responsabilidad ética y social. El registro de las condiciones del paciente, y de las atenciones prestadas para prevenir, detectar tempranamente o tratar las enfermedades, es una actividad inminente al cuidado de la salud.
