  2. Discussion Örebro/Hamburg • Luxembourg: delivery of COCs not via TAA but via a ‘neutral’ central point, a dispatcher; very high availability needed • ACEA: process of delivery may not be delayed! Time is money! Why not deliver to the RAs? • The Netherlands: guaranteed availablity and fast access essential for Dutch registration procedures => immediate forwarding of COCs • Germany: keep the pilot simple; EUCARIS is meant for the exchange of messages, not for business logics; validation outside EUCARIS • Germany, Sweden: COCs already delivered by manufacturers, but not in harmonized EU-format • Germany: forwarding of COCs to country of destination currently impossible; country-code not available in German-format COCs

  4. Manufacturer to EUCARIS

  5. Automated failover

  10. Current Status pilot • EUCARIS: • Secure tunnel: available; small adaptation needed for fail-over; developed outside EUCARIS • COC dispatcher: waiting for positive decision; small adaptation in routing • COC inquiry: message specs ready, waiting for approval; service developed; testing may start • COC validation: not started yet • Broker: available, has to be adapted; outside EUCARIS • The Netherlands: • COC Database: available • Interfaces: working on specifications; expected 01-07-2013
