  1. Leo Mongillo - Attaining a Peaceful and Favorable Separation

  2. After all these years of staying together as partners, when life presents tough choices like a divorce, it would be unfair to get separated on bad terms. The separation should be mutual and peaceful. The decision that is made in the court of law should be favorable to both the parties. Most often than not, separated partners stay in touch in the future, majorly because of a child or children being involved in the relationship or because of the bond which has been built through the time spent together.

  3. People do prefer separation over divorce because of many reasons. Some prefer because divorce would be against their religious belief. A desire to keep the family together legally for the sake of children. Leonardo Mongillo is in this practice since a very long time and now has a great reputation in the field of family law practice. Separation can be good for marriage depending on the circumstances of the couple. If both partners are willing to work through current problems, separation can be a great way to process individual issues before reuniting. With that said, about 80 percent of separations ultimately lead to divorce.

  4. To attain a peaceful separation of marriage you must keep these points in mind. - Do not make Significant Changes If you have paid off all your family debts, keep paying off all your debts until you and your spouse have reached an agreement on how the expenses will be handled going forward. - Treat Your Co-Parent as You Would Treat a Business Partner You will need to continue to work together to solve all the problems that arise as a result of the breakdown of your relationship, and if you have children, you will need to continue to work together and live together as parents of joint children for many years. These include attending birthday parties, graduations, weddings, etc.).

  5. - Choose your Family Mediator and / or Attorney No matter what dispute resolution process you choose and even if you do not hire a lawyer to represent you throughout the process. You should get independent legal advice from a family law attorney at some point in this process, even if it is still in its nascent part of the negotiations, and / or prior to signing the Draft Divorce Agreement.

  6. - Wait to Start a New Relationship This suggestion is not based on moral considerations; it is a strategic issue. Often, a new boyfriend or girlfriend at the scene severely disrupts the ongoing negotiation process of the Divorce Agreement. Divorce will be a challenge, but if you follow most of these tips, you will give yourself the best chance of finding a healthy and effective solution. It's never easy to get separated from someone you've previously loved. But if the circumstances are not in your mutual favor then separation is the best option rather than entertaining a toxic relationship.

  7. You must choose a healthy law firm that is more focused on a peaceful separation rather than extending it just to make money. Mongillo law firm is a great example for the separation of marriage on a peaceful note. Choose wisely and choose the best for deciding such a huge aspect of your life. SOURCE CREDIT: https://leomongillolaw.blogspot.com/2021/11/leo-mongillo-attaining-peaceful-and.html
