  2. Overview: The Treaty Communications Department began in 2007. In the past few years, the communication efforts to our members has increased dramatically and the Treaty Team has tried to make every effort to contact members, keep updated information and also keep our membership informed on our negotiations.

  3. Overview: As we are currently in Stage 5 – Final Negotiations, it is time to head in a new direction for Communication with our membership.

  4. Previous Communications There have been numerous avenues used to inform our membership of Treaty related information, such as: • Treaty Chapter Booklets • Canyon Current Issues • Community Treaty Meetings

  5. Previous Communications • Membership mail-out packages • Door to Door Campaigns • Informal Group Sessions • Family Sessions • Digital Information • Numerous Treaty Info DVD’s

  6. What works best for you? • Emailing information • Informal drop in’s @Treaty Office • Standard Community Meetings • Small group sessions
