Amazing things that happened… • Empowered , networked team members are now presenting to their faculty, offering technology support and knowledge sharing • Feedback from management, staff and students shows that this team has been successful because; • Non-threatening: The team are not seen as technology experts. They are therefore seen to be more approachable and easy to talk to • Networks: Team members have connected each other with colleagues for technology support • Pervasiveness: Survey results show that an increasing number of teachers are more confident and use new technology as an enhancement to their usual delivery modes Amazing things that happened…

Training and Support for the implementation of Moodle Policies and Procedures at NCI • The Team – Tracy Young, Sue Shelly, Alex Miller, Des Osborn • The Project – Moodle Policies and procedures, guidelines, checklists, training and support for teaching staff • The Vision – to see the majority of courses at NCI have some kind of presence on our NCI Moodle platform.
