  5. Assessing Levels Readiness is determined by the students’ performance on the Pretest. If the student misses more than 25% then the level is not appropriate. Posttest at the end of the book determines their readiness for the next book.

  9. Find The Information 1. Formulate questions before doing research - Have the students choose a topic they a interested in researching. Formulate 3 or 4 questions to which they want answers. 2. Reading for Information and details Ask students to summarize the entire text, if this is too difficult summarize the paragraphs. Ask them to recall certain points that are important. 3. Skimming the text for answers to the questions Look for keywords and don’t read each word.
