  3. Introduction The usage of water treatment in industries is to resolve all types of issues in water consumption. Water treatment systems will be most likely used in different types of industries that use cooling, heating, rinsing and cleaning as their part of processing. These systems are used in industries not only to reduce operating costs but also for the elimination of contaminated substances. Different objectives and concepts are involved in wastewater treatment equipment. The water treatment system will directly influence the scaling, corrosion, disposal, and microbiological activities. These following factors play an important role in the classification of water treatment. The classification of the treatment plants will be explained effectively.

  4. MAJOR CONCEPTS ON INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT Industrial wastewater treatment equipment mainly depends on four concepts. Scaling is one of the primary concepts in water treatment. Scaling is the formation of solids due to the precipitation of mineral salts from the water. Corrosion also plays a major role whenever metal oxidizes and will give rise to rusting of iron. Corrosion is one of the troublesome processes.

  5. Microbiological and wastewater disposal Microbiological and wastewater disposal are the other two important things after scaling and corrosion. Microbes are frequently formed in cold water systems. These types of microbes will be formed from the dust and flies. Disposing of wastewater will be varied with the requirement of the industries. This will be very much varied while we deal with chemical-related companies and refineries.

  6. Types of Industrial Waste Water Systems The water treatment systems are mainly grouped into three. Every treatment has its properties and own usage. They are boiler, cooling water, and wastewater treatment. Boiler water treatment will use a vessel to heat and treat water. These systems are mainly used for domestic purposes. It is also involved in trains, ships, and boats to produce steam. Cooling water systems are used in cooling towers. These systems are used in the heat elimination processes. Evaporation is the principle used to remove the heat and making it a normal liquid. These cooling water systems are used in power stations.

  7. Conclusion Waste-Water systems are the systems used in all types of industries and also for domestic purposes. Industrial water treatment will be more involved in the removal of waste materials from the pieces of machinery and commercial systems. With the help of correct water treatment equipment, the waste materials can be eliminated effectively.
