DeMarcus Henry is a Data Center Manager & an Enterprise Architect working with a leading firm in Washington DC. He is responsible for directing, coordinating, and approving the detailed planning design, development, programming, testing, documentation, training and implementation of IT systems through the use of outside vendors and contractors.
In addition to this, DeMarcus Henry coordinates the efforts of Technology Management Division’s staff & contractors in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of automated & manual IT and data management systems. He directs & provides oversight & contract management to assign IT and enterprise architect contracts. He monitors contract work scope, funding requests, performance schedules, milestones and/or project deliverables for a program project. In addition, he performs various other activities to ensure work is conducted in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
DeMarcus Henry has done his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems Management, Cum Laude, from Strayer University in 2010. Prior to this, he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information Systems, Cum Laude from Bellevue University in the year 2008. He received his Associates of Applies Science Degree in Information Systems Technology, Summa Cum Laude from Community College of the Air Force in 2007.
DeMarcus Henry also supports many charitable causes. He is a member of the Church of Christ, and a volunteer children’s Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) basketball coach. When not busy with his professional responsibilities or charitable endeavors, he likes to spend quality time with his family and go for vacationing. He likes to watch movies and serving the LORD.
