ISV/IHV Partner Engagement • Motion Computing is committed to developing its partner relationships in order to engage with independent software & hardware vendors (ISV/IHV) with compelling applications or hardware. This presentation will provide an overview of Motion’s ISV/IHV Partnership Programs: • Silver Partnership • Eligibility requirements include application ink integration/development. A partnership application must also be completed. • Gold Partnership • Eligibility requirements include revenue requirements, market share, and application ink integration. An application and Memorandum of Understanding must also be signed to participate. • Platinum Partnership • Eligibility requirements include revenue requirements, market share, and application ink integration. Program components include: • Development Support • Discount for up to 5 development/sales evangelism units (not for resale) • ISV Extranet Access • Motion ISV Systems Engineer • Technical Support • Motion ISV Systems Engineer • Standard Motion 800 Tech Support Access • Sales Support • Reciprocal Demonstration of SW/HW Solutions with Motion Sales Force • Access to Online Customer Tablet PC training materials • Marketing Support • Customer Referrals, Case Studies, PR • Reciprocal Weblinks (Industry Solutions Section) • Motion Marketing Collateral for events © 2004 Motion Computing

Program Components include: All Silver Partnership Components PLUS: • Technical Support • Priority Motion 800 Tech Support Access • Sales Support • Motion Training Team On-Site Customer Presentations • Visibility with Motion Channel Partners • 5 Unit 60 Day Deployment Pilots at no cost to customer (Sales Assistance Pgm) • Alliance Partnership Eligibility • Marketing Support • Product Demonstrations at industry events attended by Motion • Access to event loaner units • Shared Advertising Funding Opportunities © 2004 Motion Computing

Program Components include: All Gold Partnership ComponentsPLUS: • Development Support • Access to Motion Product Team Engineers • Technical Support • Assigned Tech Support Contact • Application Compatibility Certification • Sales Support • 25 Unit 60 Day Deployment Pilots at no cost to the customer • Marketing Support • Additional Shared Advertising Funding © 2004 Motion Computing

  6. Frequently Asked Questions • Is an Agreement Required?A completed application is required for all partnerships. Additionally, an MOU is required for Gold , and a formal Partnership Agreement for Platinum. The application form is available online. • Eligibility Requirements?ISV/IHV Partnerships are open only to those who develop a compelling software application or hardware product. Our Silver program is designed to encourage the development of ink integrated applications. Ink integration within the software application is required for participation in our Gold and Platinum programs. In addition, Gold and Platinum ISV/IHV participation must meet annual revenue, market share, or industry leadership requirements. • Can Reseller Partners participate in the ISV/IHV Program?Yes! Partnerships are open to Channel and Reseller partners with compelling ink-enabled software application or hardware product. © 2004 Motion Computing
