  2. On board full time oil pump powered by the engine drive shaft. Integral suction strainer eliminates the need for an external strainer. Internally ported hydraulics eliminates control tubing. Hermetically sealed linear transmitter and slide valve transmitter help eliminate potential leaks and provide more accurate compressor performance feedback. Combination gear box - discharge housing provides added operating flexibility while internal porting eliminates the need for an external oil circuit.

Gear Drive ConceptOpening the Operating Window Couple a 600HP/1800RPM driver to the NGC 300 and watch what happens: • Minimum - Gear “A” 400 to 2,660 MCFD • Intermediate 1 - Gear “B” 500 to 3,380 MCFD • Intermediate 2 - Gear “C” 640 to 4,280 MCFD • Maximum - Gear “D” 740 to 4,960 MCFD • Increased variable screw speed allows the engine to run at maximum HP for maximum efficiency in different applications.

Added Flexibility is built into the design. • Operate at varying speeds with a single driver. • Quick Change Gear Ratios are possible due to Frick’s unique eccentric idler gear design. • Simply install 1 of 4 interchangeable drive gears and reposition the idler gear.
