It provides full matrix switching capability and unique system features for security purpose. With a versatile modular design, the system is capable of accommodating up to 256 cameras, 64 monitors, 32 keyboards, 256 alarm points, a computer interface port and a logging printer port. The MV1200 system can be programmed with up to 256 sequences which can be run independently and set the switching time from 1-60 second of each other. Any number of system monitors may be selected to switch as a group. Alarm Handling unit provides 3 type of alarm mode, basic alarm, auto activate and time schedule control up to 2048 alarm points. Alarm output set with dry contact to activate programmed sequences. System failure can not be tolerated, MV1200 enhanced to dual/redundant CPU/Power Supply with automatic hot-switchover capabilities, real time clock and chassis temperature indication, ideal self detection, plentiful Multimedia with e-map, video loop-thru benefic for expansion and simple operation. The built-in operator priority levels allow up to 128 operators with restrict password for controlling designated functions. The on-screen programming feature provides a clear and simple way of system configuration. The operator can be programmed camera sequences, PTZ, alarm conditions, and Monitor grouping etc. after type in restrict password. Any number of system monitors the top level operator is capable change system parameters, program camera sequences, network user lockout control, user password protection, video-loss monitoring, announcement edit, access the advance alarm handling screens easily. The programmed information may then be transferred into the main system. Stored on disk, or printed out directly from a printer connected. System can be programmed camera title, time date, Monitor title, system message distribution, alarm conditions display with Chinese and English Character. Support user friendly GUI. The system is capable of accommodating with same number MV On-Site Receiver Driver with the Camera inputs for Pan/Tilt and Lens Controls, system provides 8 auxiliary functions and 99 preset location. The MV1200 system can serve as the master switcher in a satellite configuration. This innovative feature enables a single system to communicate with remotely located "satellite" systems. The MV Series 300/500/600/900/1200 switcher can serve as a remote satellite switcher. This powerful feature permits the design of a large distributed type system with control at one central location and individual control at the local sites. The main control site can view/control local cameras plus cameras located at any of the remotely distributed satellite sites. By combining multiple satellite systems of this type, large matrix sizes of cameras can be designed in an extremely reliable, "Distributed Processing" configuration.
