  1. STOP!!!!!!!!For you are Fearfully and Wonderfully made Psalms 139:14-16 Genesis 1:26, 27 “God said Let us create man in our image…in the image of God created he him MALE and FEMALE…” Let’s share Gods Love to everyone. We might be the bridge between Life and Death… John 3:16 For God so loved the world… TFM

  2. We live in a world of vanity…where people are no longer free to just be who they are. We have to look a certain way, dress a certain way, act a certain way. If we look slightly different, we take a chance of being bullied or humiliated. What does that lead to? It leads to anger and violence in a world in which violence is rampant. January 10, 2013, a student at Taft Union High school shoots two students that were bulling him. April 19, 2007, a senior English major at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg killed 32 people in two attacks before taking his own life. February 7, 2012, a teenager described as an outcast at a suburban Cleveland High School opened fire in the cafeteria on Monday killing one student and wounding four others before being caught a short distance away. “I saw the kid shoot the gun in the cafeteria. I was maybe 200 feet away. It was pretty scary,” as one student claimed. October 23, 2013, “Many have speculated that bullying might have played a role in 13 year olds shooting spree.” • Let’s check out the stats… http://www.makebeatsnotbeatdowns.org/facts_new.html

  3. As Christians, we are not exempt from this type of behavior. As a matter of fact, we tend to sometimes be a part of the problem. We can forget that God has called us to love each other no matter what we look like, act like, no matter how much money we do or do not have. The Word tells in John 13:34&35 that we are to love one another like He loved us; as He has loved us, we are to love one another. This not only applies to us and how we treat each other, but how we treat everyone. We have to treat them with the same love that He showed us. When Christ walked the earth and the man filled with leprosy came to him, he did not follow the crowd and mock and make fun of him because he smelled and looked bad. But rather, He reached out to him and healed him.

  4. 1 John 4:7&8 let us love on another for love is of God …for God is love. • We have to love each other for who they are. If we, as a whole, can show each other a little kindness and not picking on or making fun of each other, we can do great things. If we can show each other that kind of love here, then it will stand out in the world. • The Word says that we are “Fearfully and wonderfully made,” Psalms 139:14-16. Not just you, not just me, but WE are ALL fearfully and wonderfully made. All of our little quirks and quims…they are all loved by our God. We have to realize that we are Created in His image. Genesis 1:26&27 “God said, ‘Let us create man in our image’…in the image of God created He them MALE and FEMALE…”

  5. So in a world of vanity, popularity and fame, a world of violence and uncontrollable rage, in a world that needs love more now than ever before, we can be the difference! You can be the difference! You are made in the image of God. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Remember that you are powerful. You are strong. You can make the change. It starts right here; right here with the person sitting beside you, or behind you, or in front of you. Make the change here, and you can make the change out there. Who knows? Your actions may be the only thing stopping the school or mall shooting. The love you show that person that no one shows love to may be the deciding factor in the outcome of that person’s life and soul. It starts here. Let’s show love where everyone else is not.

  6. Bonus Study: Self reflection • Choose an article listed below. Identify with the person involved. Then put yourself in that student’s life. Where do you fit? Who were you to that student? Did you show him love or just walk by? Where you the bully? Then think about what you have learned. How has that impacted you? What can you do to make a difference? • Memorize Psalms 139:14-16. • This bonus study must be handed in to Pastor Dan on Wednesday, February 5th, 2014 for credit. • http://cleveland.cbslocal.com/2012/02/27/sheriff-shooting-at-ohio-school-victims-unknown/ • http://www.nbcnews.com/id/18169776/#.UueZZvUo7IU • http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/gunman-storms-california-high-school-article-1.1237464 • http://www.cnn.com/2013/10/22/justice/nevada-middle-school-shooting/
