New Phase II -- Predictions • Permit will apply to more local governments • Watershed management will go away • Project thresholds will be similar to Phase I permits • LID requirements, including some retention requirement • Hydromodification requirements, probably simplified compared to Phase Is • More reporting • Messy and confusing provisions for alternative compliance
