  2. Quick Overview KEY to Success: Sec/Treasurer and VH MUST read and understand the documents themselves. If not explained and completed properly by New/Renewing Member: When forms are sent to Nicola, she will review and return the forms... therefore delaying process... The application may get rejected by Credo, leaving the New /Renewing Member unable to join the Chapter.
  3. Front Page 1 Separate front page from rest of document before it is completed... Potential member must complete: Credit/Debit Card – details as the deposit of £200 is taken via this method – highlighted in Red. Direct Debit Card Mandate –must be completed as monthly payments of £85.00 are taken from this account – highlighted in Purple. BNI Disclaimer – must be signed. Explain this to the potential member. Highlighted in Green. NOTE: If Credo puts application through and there is NO money in the debit/credit card for the £200 deposit, then they will reject the EPP application and another method of payment will have to suffice.
  4. Page 2 Potential member MUST complete: ALL details in Pre-Contract Information... Press hard with pen as quadruplicated on following forms. – highlighted in Blue. VH or Sec/Tr MUST explain payments to potential/renewing member. Highlighted in RED. New member/Renewing Member MUST sign under membership Costs to confirm they UNDERSTAND the payments... Highlighted in Gold.
  5. Page 3 New/Renewing member MUST : Sign and date page 3 – highlighted in Red... This confirms they are signing a Credit Agreement per the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and will be BOUND by its terms.

  7. Page 5 The pink copy of the agreement is GIVEN to the New/Renewing Member for their records.
