Television is an almost precise spiritual equivalent of junk food. The entire content of its programming is opposed to sound mental and emotional health and filled with value-training which is diametrically opposed to a sound and healthy society.

The word “covenant” means, “A formal, solemn, and binding agreement or compact.” The word “bind”, “to put under obligation; to cause to stick together” (Merriam-Webster’s 11th Collegiate Dictionary).
