  2. Frequency Table – A table with tally marks, used to record data.

  3. Bar Graph – Compares categories of data with bars, representing frequency. (Space between bars.) Number of Students Sport

  4. Histogram – A type of bar graph used to display numerical data that has been organized into equal intervals. (No space between bars.) Number of Presidents Age

  5. Line Graph – Shows how data changes over a period of time. Sales ($) Month

  6. Stem-and-Leaf Plot – Digits with the least place value form the leaves, and the rest of the digits form the stems. Stem Leaf 2 2 5 5 6 0 0 0 0 2 3 5 5 8 0 0 0 1 0

  7. Circle Graph – Shows the relationship between parts of the data and the whole. The circle represents all the data.
