Current and past reports. This area also will show if there are enough completed assessments to generate a report. Area for selecting and monitoring raters. Can also modify raters list. Shows assessment status. Where the 360 Assessment process begins. 1 View my competencies and ratings B. Status Report allows you to maintain a diary associated with that skill and can be viewed by you and your manager.  Click Status Reports to add or view entries. A. View of your assigned competencies and skills, including organizational competencies and skills inventory data. If applicable, you can also see functional competencies and SME discipline data Information - Click any underlined term in the table for more details. 2 View my competency reports B. To view other Competency Reports  Click Prior Competency Reports. This will produce a list of your completed competency reports, dates created and completed, and list of raters.  Click Raters for a list of raters for that report. A. To generate the Final Report  Click Finalize My Competency Report Important Note * The system will only allow this button to be shown if a minimum number (6) assessments has been reached. * Although your report could be finalized, it is strongly recommended that both you have completed the assessments before you click the button. * Monitor your rater’s list to see who has / has not completed assessments. For more information, as well as to better understand your options, go to 3 - Select others to rate me.

Delete a rater On the Raters List, in the first column on the left, check the box for Select next to the desired rater’s name.  Click Delete This will automatically generate an e-mail to the selected rater that he/she no longer needs to complete the assessment. It will also automatically remove the assessment from the To Do List. C. Change a rater type On the Raters List, click on the type from the dropdown menu. Click Update Selected D. Change status of assessment If you need to open a Completed assessment (for raters to edit or make changes to the assessment) On the Raters List, in the Status column next to the rater’s name , select Incomplete from the dropdown menu Click Update Selected This will add the assessment to the rater’s To Do List If you need to close an assessment On the Raters List, in the Status column, select Complete from the dropdown next to the rater’s name Click Update Selected This will remove the assessment from the rater’s To Do List. TIP: When you begin this process, use your own name for search and select first. Not only is this necessary, since you need to do a Self Assessment, but it will also show you how the system works. A. To add a rater Click New On the search screen, type in the last name of the rater you wish to select. Click Search. On the Search Results screen, in the first column on the left, check the box for Select next to the desired rater’s name. From the dropdown menu, select Rater Type. This describes the relationship this rater has with you. * Direct Report * Manager - This is the person you report to, not a title.
