  3. KEY DELIVERABLES • Legal/Contractual Relationship with the Prime Contractor • Encourage Capacity Building • Prime Contractor must be registered on United Nations Global Marketplace – www.ungm.org United Nations Procurement Division

  4. KEY DELIVERABLES • Must nominate subcontractor in their original proposal • Must notify UN of any changes to subcontractor • Cannot use subcontractors who are banned by the UN United Nations Procurement Division

  5. KEY DELIVERABLES • Legal Relationship with Prime contractor; prime may flow down our T & C to subcontractor • Prime contractor fully Responsible and Accountable for its subcontractors • Subcontractors must act in line with Global Compact initiatives United Nations Procurement Division
